The Taus (or tawus), meaning "peacock," is a bowed string instrument from North India, frequently called the mayuri veena. Developed in the 17th century by Sikh warrior-saints, it features a wooden peacock body, sitar-like frets, and sympathetic strings. This was the inspiration of several of Good Fairy's newest releases.

FANTASY FAIRE 2026:  GOOD FAIRY - Tawus Gown and Headcover is a gorgeous outfit that will make you the center of attention at Indian events, celebrations, or weddings.  This is a long sleeved, boat neckline, trumpet style gown with the bodice adorned with the image of a beautiful male peacock and the skirt trimmed in gold. BLUE EVENT:  GOOD FAIRY - These earrings go perfectly with the Tawus Gown and Headcover.  The Southern Beauty Earrings are peacock shaped metal dangle earrings.  These earrings are are non-rigged, resizable, and HUD controlled with 8 metal choices.  Southern Beauty comes with both PBR & Non-PBR versions.

GROUP GIFT:  GOOD FAIRY - Timeless Escape Enchanted Lantern is this month's Good Fairy group gift.  This globe shaped, ornately decorated metal lantern with glass globe and gemstone decorations will make the perfect decor for your home or prop for role play and adventures.  As decor this lamp comes with a resizing script that has the options available for the lantern to be set as a standing decoration or with a rope for a hanging decoration.  It also come with a holdable lantern with a pose.  Both lanterns are HUD controlled with 16 colors and touch Light on/off.
