Arkadius

Arkadiusz Weremczuk (known as Arkadius) is the first, and so far the only Polish designer, who managed to establish his fashion label abroad and bring it into vogue.  In the 90s, Arkadius was proclaimed as the hope of the avant-garde fashion.  He made his debut at London Fashion Week 2000.  During his years at London Fashion Week, he gained the reputation of being a provocateur and artsy jester he kept on playing with religious symbols, sexuality and bourgeois hypocrisy.  

I decided to do Arkadius because he is Poland's most famous designer and because his collections were avant-garde and controversial.

BACKGROUND STORY

Kitty, Miss Poland, is at 49 Mokotowska Street; the center of fashion in Warsaw.  She just left the approval committee and her outfit was accepted.

The Warsaw Fashion Week committee has decided to do a tribute show to Poland’s top designers.  Miss Poland received an invitation to be in the show.  She was assigned Arkadius, the most famous fashion designer from Poland.  He was the first Pole to show and become a regular at London Fashion Week.  She was assigned his most popular collection, The Queen of Sheba.  The outfits from the collection are gone.  The committee, being on a tight budget, decided to recreate the outfits as close as possible with items that have been donated.

Kitty decided to do the show’s opening outfit.  She would need a white fur skirt, a white and gold lame top, and gold accessories.   She was able to find a white fur skirt.  There was no lame, but she found a gold under bust corset and a white lace halter.  She was also able to accessorize beautifully with lots of gold.  Kitty decided to add a few extra touches that were a theme of that show; a gold lace mask and dangling diamonds.

Poet's Heart's 10L Hunt item for RYR is Rosaura Purse.  This is a lovely, rounded, satin clutch with a metal twist opening.  It comes in a gold ombre and a purple ombre satin.  It matches the Limited Edition Gown, Rosaura, perfectly.

One of Artemis Corner's items for RYR is Illuminated Fountain I.  This fountain is a 3 dimensional sculpture that is 100% mesh.  It has a square stone base with the center filled with water and had up lighting in each corner.  In the center of that is slightly raised square base filled with water that pours into the larger base and has water shooting upwards.  I the center of that is a slightly raised gorgeous metal contemporary sculpture with a single up light and the upward jets of water spray through the sculpture. All up lights are multicolored and color synced.  This fountain is copy/modify/no transfer and has a resizer.

Poses with Attitude's Limited Editon for RYR is Field of Flowers.  Field of Flowers comes with a field of flowers prop, three hand held flower props, and fiver poses.  The flower patch prop is an irregular shape making it look natural.  It is covered in a mixture of green leaves, tall green grass, purple freesias, white daisies, red gladiolus, and yellow freesias.  The hand held props are: a trio of daisies, a cluster of daisies, and a trio of freesias.  They all attach to the right hand and can be used seperately or all together.  The poses are:  001 - bending over picking flowers; 002 - a kneeling sit; 003 - kneeling picking flowers; 004 - one knee kneel; and 005 - standing.
