Virtual Diva's Nubia is a sexy couture dress; available at On9.  Nubia is a strapless micro mini skirt dress with a sweetheart neckline and shoulderless long sleeves.  Nubia is embellished with colorful hand embroidery of flowers and cherubs.  The dress also comes with a pair of matching earring done in a Celtic knot style.
