One of ARKONA's newest releases is the Florencia Dress.  This gorgeous Spring dress is perfect for semi-formal events, garden parties, Easter, and weddings.  Florencia is an off-the shoulder, short-sleeve, peplum mini-dress with an architectural ruffle at the waist.
