Allure Couture's Release Neomi Outfit is available a the 2nd Chance Event. This outfit is perfect for shopping, lunching with friends, casual spring parties.  Neomi comes with a dress, panties, and heels.  The top is a long sleeved; V-neck, heart print, jersey that is partially bloused.
