V-Twins - Italy & Cassidy / 7 Deadly s{K}ins - Seagull

V-Twins has a new sexy biker outfit called Italy.  Italy come with a black leather harness, black leather pants with cutouts, black leather armlets, black leather gloves, and black lenses biker sunglasses.  These pieces can be mixed and match with many of your other V-Twins outfits or items from your inventory.  Italy comes with Omega appliers and tattoo layers so it can be worn by classic and mesh avatars.

Miss Colour of Couture has just went tribal chic..  You are to represent your country in Tribal Couture.  What does that mean you ask?  Well how would you represent your country that would not conform to others in the fashion sense?  How about setting the trend instead of following it. You have never conformed to the desired standard.

You want an out of the norm tribal high fashion outfit of your country that will definitely make you the trend setter and have them raving for more.

There are 566 federally-recognized and more than 100 state-recognized Native American tribes in the United States.  I couldn’t just pick one tribe, so I looked for what was common among the tribes and what was quite unique.  Three items were common across many of the tribes:  feathers, fringe, and leather.  I incorporated these items in the neck corset, skirt, and shoes.  Everyone thinks of Native Americans has having long straight hair or long braids, so I chose a hair style close to the unique hairstyle of the Hopi females.  My jewelry is made from obsidian also known as Apache Tears.  Legend has it that as the Apache women wept over the death of their warriors, their tears fell; black stones were formed on the white, sandy earth. For my makeup, I chose the Sioux tribe's war paint; simple yet bold.

OMG! I can’t believe our dream vacation has turned into such a nightmare.  If I have counted correctly, today is our anniversary. I want to do something special for my husband.  He has been working so hard to build us a shelter, find food, and get fresh water.  I am sure he is sick of seeing me in the same old torn up shirt and shorts.  I am going to make an amazing outfit and cook a fantastic dinner to celebrate our anniversary and that we have survived this ordeal together.  I start wandering the beach and the edge of the jungle, looking for items I can use.  I found some palm fronds; great for a skirt and shoes.  These lovely large green leaves will make great foundations.  Oh wow, feathers!  Feathers can make any outfit sexy.  But, I need to give this outfit some bling.  As I walk along the beach, I find some beautiful coral and colorful shells; which I can string together into jewelry.  It must be my lucky day, because I came across some large mollusks that I can use the shells for a top and its meat for a delicious coconut seafood chowder.

PREY - Kyoto(SWANK) & Blazing Stone Earrings / 7 Deadly s{K}ins - Salt

 

This month's theme at SWANK was Tokyo.  PREY created an urban street style outfit called Kyoto.  Kyoto comes with a top, bottom, and shoes.  The top is a sleeveless shell top with an assymetrical layered opening.  The bottom layer is a solid rust color while the top layer is a harlequin check pattern of grey and light rust.  The bottoms are a riding breeches style in grey with splashes of gold with a rust colored sash tie.  The shoes are a pair of rust suede slip-ons with a top lace panel.  The top comes in XXS, XS, S, M, and L.  The pants come in XXS, XS, S, M, L, and Fitted.  The shoes are for Slink flat feet.

One of the newest additions to the PREY Junky Jewelry line is the Blazing Stone Earrings.  Blazing Stone is a pair of large boho/gypsy style hoop earring with a large grey-white stone with crescent moon cut outs on each side.
